An 80% coffee and 20% chicory blend offers a rich and full-bodied coffee experience. The 80% coffee component provides a strong, aromatic brew with deep, complex flavors, while the 20% chicory adds a subtle earthiness and a hint of natural sweetness. This combination results in a smooth, robust cup of coffee with a slightly thicker texture and a lower acidity level, making it an ideal choice for those who enjoy a balanced yet bold coffee experience. The chicory also imparts a mellow finish, complementing the coffee's intensity and enhancing its overall character.

1. Place coffee powder in the top compartment of your coffee filter, filling it halfway for a medium-sized filter.

2. Pour hot water, just below boiling, over the coffee powder, filling the compartment to the brim, then cover with the lid.

3. Allow 10-15 minutes for the decoction to drip into the bottom container.

4. Pour the fresh decoction into a tumbler, then add hot milk and sugar to your preference.

5. Create a frothy texture by pouring the coffee back and forth between two tumblers
